If the request needs to be an offsite incident, application for approval is done once approved, IT Technician is dispatched to attend to the client and update the system with the progress and every step taken in resolving the request. Cost: SLA Management support contract is free of charge Remote support +- R120 per incident. Call out fee +- R350 per incident Potential benefit of product/service to customer if SLA contract is in place 10% discount is granted on each callout fee.
